    We are seeking a Full Time Marketing Assistant to join our Community Outreach team. You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information.

    Marketing Assistant Responsibilities:

    • Provide information about the products and services
    • Troubleshoot and resolve outreach event issues and concerns
    • Document and update customer records based on interactions
    • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

    Marketing Assistant Requirements:

    • 1-2 years of community outreach, customer service, or sales experience preferred
    • Able to work full time, 40 hours a week
    • Ability to build rapport with clients
    • Able to travel locally
    • Comfortable with in person sales and customer service
