    The Human Resources Generalist provides daily HR support to the facility in compliance with all federal state and local regulations.


    Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
    Serve as a business partner to assigned client group.
    Consult with supervisors and managers on employee relations issues.
    Assists employees in resolving concerns.
    Manages hourly performance reviews.
    Assists Talent Aquisition team as necessary.
    Attends various career and job fairs.
    Participates in new hire orientation.
    Administers training programs for client group as needed.
    Coordinates and conducts employee meetings and events as required.
    Participates in the development, interpretation and communication of human resources items
    Ensures compliance with state, federal, and local laws
    Performs other duties as assigned or requested

    Minimum Job Requirements:
    Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field or equivalent experience.
    2-4 years of progressive human resources experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
    Strong employee relations background with proven experience managing conflict
    Ability to effectively manage competing priorities and ad-hoc requests
    Ability to maintain confidentiality
    Knowledge of federal and state laws regarding employment practices.
    Able to read and comprehend English.
    Able to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
    Able to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
    Detail oriented and organized with strong ability to see projects to completion.
    Able to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
