Job Description

Highly motivated Graduate Nurse who provides compassionate home health nursing care through a formalized and structured learning program and under guidance of a preceptor. Upon successful completion of the 12 month program, the new graduate RN will function independently as a Home Health Nurse.

Minimum or Preferred Qualifications

BS - Bachelor of Science in Nursing required. 1 year experience in healthcare setting preferred. Registered Nurse within 60 Days required. NYS Drivers License required upon hire.

Salary Range

$33.45-$47.93 per hour *Wage will be determined based on factors such as candidate's experience, qualifications, internal equity, and any applicable collective bargaining agreement.*
