    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to meet the needs of our growing organization.
    • Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
    • Utilize data-driven insights and analytics to improve recruitment strategies and processes.
    • Leverage digital and social media, advanced sourcing techniques, and employer branding to attract high-quality candidates.
    • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
    • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters to achieve recruitment goals.
    • Maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
    • Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.

    Required Skills and Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
    • 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition.
    • Experience in building and scaling high-performing talent acquisition teams that attract and retain top talent.
    • Demonstrated excellence in leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, consistently driving team success and fostering positive relationships.
    • Proven experience in developing and executing successful recruitment strategies.
    • Strong knowledge of global technology ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and HR software.
    • Experience with talent analytics and data-driven decision-making.
    • Strong understanding of IT industry trends and job market conditions.
    • Proficient in social media recruitment and employer branding strategies.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
    • Proven experience in developing and implementing recruitment strategies to foster an inclusive workplace.
    • Demonstrated ability to excel in current role with a strong potential for promotability based on performance and leadership qualities.
