YOU CAN EXPECT TO:

You'll help enable new ways for our financial customers to build solutions for their businesses, delivering software platforms which allow business transactions to be completed in a dynamic and intelligent fashion.

You'll ensure DB's run and work effectively in the deployment environment.

You'll collaborate with "the team" - working with Software Developers, Software Test Engineers, Scrum Masters and Project Managers to deliver solutions and capabilities that exceed expectations.

YOU HAVE:
BA/BS in Computer Science, MIS or related discipline
7 years of Database experience on SQL/Oracle & Postgress (expert in any one of DB)
3+ Years experience in Public Cloud implementation
Exposure/experience with SRE as a discipline
3+ years experience with Google and/or AWS cloud platforms and technologies (IaaS, SaaS and PaaS)
2+ years experience in software development (DevOps and database admin automation)
Experience working with high volume transaction systems.
Experience with solving performance problems and tuning databases.
Demonstrated history of innovative thinking and delivery, including disruptive innovation
Hands on experience in utilizing modern database and security tools.
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Docker and Kubernetes
Excellent communication, meeting facilitation and listening skills
Highly organized, Strong negotiation, team working and interpersonal skills
Learn existing and new applications quickly, independently, and with moderate supervision.
Proficient with Jira, Project Management tools, ServiceNow, Observability tools (Dynatrace, AppDynamics), PowerPoint, Word and Excel
