    Job Summary:
    We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of our facilities, ensuring a welcoming and hygienic environment for our guests, residents, or employees.

    This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing.
    • Ensure all rooms and common areas are cared for and inspected according to standards.
    • Change linens and make beds, replenish amenities, and manage laundry tasks.
    • Handle and dispose of waste materials following health and safety regulations.
    • Identify and report damages or required maintenance tasks.
    • Assist with inventory management, ensuring cleaning supplies and equipment are adequately stocked and maintained.
    • Follow all health and safety regulations and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
    • Provide excellent customer service by addressing any guest or resident queries or concerns promptly and courteously.
    • Adhere to the company's confidentiality and privacy policies.
    Qualifications

    • Ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain a high level of performance.
    • Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, techniques, and methods.
    • Working knowledge of operating cleaning equipment and tools.
    • Physical stamina and mobility, including the ability to reach, kneel, and bend.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
    • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required.

    • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
    • Good communication skills.
    • Ability to follow instructions and adhere to policies and procedures.
    • Team player with a positive attitude.
    • Basic computer skills for inventory management and recordkeeping.
