    TCI is looking for an ambitious Salesperson for our online platform. As the Ecommerce Sales Associate, your primary responsibilities will be to manage our online sales listings and advertising campaigns.

    As an Ecommerce Associate, you will be responsible for managing our presence on Amazon and other online marketplaces, driving sales and ensuring that we provide our customers with an exceptional shopping experience.

    Responsibilities will also include responding to leads through TCI's marketing system, closing and updating leads and opportunities, conducting related sales activities as discussed.

    Forecasting, pipeline review, keeping activities current in Salesforce system and conducting professional presentations.

    The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers in identifying and selecting the correct parts for their equipment as well as delivering parts to customers.


    Duties & Responsibilities:
    Manage and optimize product listings on various online marketplaces.

    Conduct keyword research and optimize product listings for maximum visibility and salesDevelop and manage advertising campaigns to drive traffic and sales on AmazonAnalyze sales data and identify opportunities to increase revenue and profitabilityMonitor inventory levels and coordinate with our fulfillment team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillmentProvide excellent customer service and promptly address any customer inquiries or issuesContinuously research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in ecommerceCold calling on a weekly basis (50+ per week)Focus sales efforts on TCI core business.

    Medium & heavy duty used truck sales.
    New Ottawa terminal tractor sales.
    Update Salesforce portal weekly.
    Follow-ups and meeting commitments.
    Build relationships, solve issues, and assist customers with their individual needs to promote strong customer retention.
    Processing orders via email, phone, or walk inUpdating customer on parts status and availability.
    Delivering parts to customers and identify their needs for additional equipment.


    Key Qualifications & Requirements:


    3 Years of sales experience with online sales and website marketingAbility to make data-driven decisionDetail-oriented, organized and self-motivated with a collaborative attitudeProficient with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically current versions of ExcelKnowledge of Facebook, business pages & google PPCGood writing and research skillSuperior customer service skills.

    Goal oriented. "Can Do" attitude, and strong energy levelDelivery of Ottawa parts to customers in company vehicle.

    Valid Driver LicenseDesired SkillsExcellent Microsoft Excel skillStrong written and verbal communication skillsHighly computer literate; ability to learn new software quickly and efficientlyDigital savvy with focus on information consistencyStrong data organizing skills Basic knowledge of dieselenginesExperience in dealership sales.


    Compensation and Schedule:
    Total Compensation $75,000- $100,000 (base + commission)
