Area of FocusTechnical Support Analyst specialist interacts with employees within the company, offering user support and general troubleshooting.
Responsibilities Install, maintain and support user hardware and software Performs IT help desk duties Maintain Documentation and Ticketing system Requisition necessary equipment, parts and supplies Assist and or train employees in use of approved software, when required Be a resource for development of users' computer-aided management and optimization Participation where appropriate on project teams On-call availability for system outages affecting the plant Manage/Maintain physical network connections, terminate network lines, test as needed Assist with special projects as needed Excellent organizational skillsBasic Qualifications Associate degree/technical school At least 4 years of experience Minimum of 3 years' experience providing hardware and software support Technical knowledge around PC's and their peripherals, phone systems and networking equipment Extensive knowledge and experience with Microsoft products including Office Suite, Windows Strong problem solving skillsPreferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree/technical school A+ Certification CCNP Microsoft certification Project Management experience Workday experience is a plus
Salary Range:
