Job summary
The Quality Manager is responsible for developing and implementing a quality assurance program to ensure continuous improvement of products, processes, and services. The role involves providing customer confidence in TRS Technologies' ability to meet their expectations, reducing costs through prevention-based systems and measurements, and facilitating continuous improvement in the business.
Responsibilities
- Implementing ISO and maintaining appropriate records for SOPs.
- Providing key support during customer audits, interfacing with customer representatives concerning quality issues and assuring that effective corrective action is implemented.
