- Provides HR leadership and direction to leaders in the areas of employee relations, recruiting, performance management and employee engagement
- Provide guidance, communication plans, and employee engagement strategies to support successful organizational change initiatives
- Leverage data, analytics, benchmarking, and industry insights to inform and enhance business recommendations
- Design and implement global employee engagement programs that enhance overall job satisfaction and organizational performance
- Champion diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives to create a supportive and enriching work environment
- In partnership with leadership teams, drive the performance management process and developing effective pipeline and succession plans through the talent planning process
- Build and leverage relationships at all levels in the organization, informing and assisting others while being viewed as a valued, trusted, and credible business partner
- Oversee integrated talent management and succession planning processes to ensure talent is properly identified and assessed
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or a related field
- 3+ years of prior Human Resources Business Partner and/or organizational development experience with a strong global focus is required
- Experience in a large complex, matrixed organization
- Proven track record of implementing global HR programs that align with organizational goals
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to navigate diverse cultural contexts
- Strategic thinker with the capacity to balance long-term vision and day-to-day operational management
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence peers and business partners at all levels across multiple geographies
- Must have the ability to think and act independently and make the right tradeoff decisions.

The Human ResourcesManager will provide HR leadership to the Brink's Global DRS (Digital Retail Solutions) organization. This role will drive the development and implementation of HR strategies that support our business objectives, foster employee engagement, and promote a culture of inclusion and diversity. In this role, you will collaborate closely with senior leaders to ensure alignment and consistency in HR practices while adapting to local needs and regulations.
