    Job Summary:
    We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our distribution center operations. The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for managing the procurement, logistics, transportation planning, and supply chain activities. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a proven track record in budgeting and fleet management.

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and order fulfillment
    • Develop and implement efficient procurement strategies to ensure timely availability of materials and supplies
    • Manage transportation planning to optimize delivery schedules and minimize costs
    • Collaborate with demand planning team to forecast inventory needs and ensure adequate stock levels
    • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners
    • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
    • Implement best practices for warehouse layout, organization, and workflow optimization
    • Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory levels, shipments, and order status
    • Prepare reports on warehouse performance, including productivity, accuracy, and cost efficiency

    Skills:

    • Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably in a distribution center environment
    • Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supply chain management, and transportation planning
    • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
    • Proficient in budgeting and financial analysis
    • Familiarity with warehouse management systems
    • Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to make quick decisions in a fastpaced environment
    • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with crossfunctional teams
