Our top client is looking for a Development Analyst to join their growing organization.

The ideal candidate for this position has 1-2 years of prior experience in a commercial real estate-related field with an interest in multifamily development.

This is an onsite role based out of our client's HQ in San Antonio but will travel and assist with projects across the Southeast.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Underwrite potential development deals for their mixed-income and market-rate platforms
Create investor packages and give presentations to board members on prospective deals as needed
Market research and due diligence
Manage third-party consultants to identify, entitle, design, finance, and permit new deals
Assist in the development process and project consultants, provide accurate reporting, and implement and execute processes to ensure pro-forma development budgets, underwriting, schedules, design quality, and standards are achieved
Assist with marketing and turnover to the asset management team for lease-up


Education and Required Skills:
Minimum 1-3 years of real estate investment experience, or investment banking background
Strong financial modeling skills
BA in finance, business, real estate, or a related degree
Expert knowledge of Microsoft suite
Passion for commercial real estate and an interest in development


Compensation:
$55,000-$85,000 base + bonus
