Responsibilities
- Assist with event set-up breakdown and execution following company standards Pull prepare and load event décor and inventory from the warehouse prior to events Return unload and restock décor and equipment after events ensuring all items are accounted for handled with care Drive company vehicles safely adhere to all traffic laws Maintain professional appearance demeanor at all times Arrive on time ready to work communicate promptly with Event Coordinator regarding schedule changes or emergencies Handle event inventory tools equipment with care Assemble install event elements as directed by Event Coordinator Follow safety guidelines company policies including cell phone use restrictions Collaborate with team members Event Coordinator to ensure efficient event execution Keep work areas tidy assist with cleanup during after events Track time accurately submit on time
