Brand Ambassador/Merchandiser Home Brand at a trendy Soho location

Status:
Project Work Start 4/19-5/22Availability: Must work Friday, Saturday and Sunday 1pm-5pm

Payrate:
$20-23/hourNote that this range is representative of earning potential and actual pay will be based on skills, experience, and/or geographic location


Position Summary:

As a Brand Ambassador/Merchandiser you will be representing one of Winston's clients by educating the consumer on products features & benefits, converting customers to the brand, and selling merchandise at a retail location.

This role ensures the best visual presentation is being upheld and goals are often presented to drive multiple sales and productivity.

Responsibilities


Key Responsibilities:

• Greet each customer in a warm and friendly manner and interact with the customer as they enter the store
• Determine the customers' needs and give them product features and benefits
• Keep sales floor and merchandise neat, organized and stocked
• Comply with all sales related policies and procedures as set by Winston Retail Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience:

• 1-2 years of experience within a department, specialty, or retail store
• Previous work as a sales associate/merchandiser with an apparel, accessory, or home brand company
• Exemplary customer service
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Strong work ethic; reliable and committed for the full duration of the project
• Ability to lift to 25 pounds

Technology:
A smartphone is required for reporting purposes, tablets are not recommended. For iOS users, we recommend an iPhone 6 or greater and iOS of 12.0 or greater.

For Android users, we recommend devices that are no more than 5 years old and updated to Android OS 9.0 or greater.
