Job summary
This role requires associates to be in-office 3 days per week while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance.
The Director, People Enablement is responsible for overseeing the intake of people-related projects by crafting clear problem statements and partnering with strategic partners for alignment.
Responsibilities
- Manage and balance sprint work to align with complexity, risk, and strategic priorities while maintaining quality and scalability.
- Guide enterprise demand for People Enablement services, translating business priorities into actionable work and ensuring efficient prioritization.
