RDE Capital Group, LLC., Business Development Representative is a real estate professional who is responsible for generating new business opportunities by qualifying leads and prospecting through existing business accounts to engage potential investor clients.

As a successful Business Development Representative, you will complete the following tasks:

POSITION SUMMARY:

• Ensure RDE Capital Group LLC., has a strong presence in the commercial real estate market.
• Engage in cold calls and active prospecting.
• Maintain a constant social media presence.
• Update CRM
• Set appointments for broker.
• Maintain continuous engagement with existing clients.
• Promote the RDE Capital Group LLC brand.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
• Track record of achieving sales quotas
• Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
• Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
• Understanding of sales performance metrics
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to deliver engaging presentations.
• BSc degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field
• Must have an active Texas Real Estate License
• Strong written and verbal communications
