    • Build strategic partnerships with technology providers to deliver best‑in‑class solutions.
    • Lead and develop a high‑performing team, fostering accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
    • Deliver clear, actionable infrastructure performance and risk insights to senior leadership and governance bodies.

    Essentials

    • Proven experience leading global infrastructure strategy and operations for large‑scale, complex organizations. Streaming technology understanding preferred.
    • Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), hybrid architectures, and migration strategies.
    • Strong background in designing and managing high‑performance networks, storage, and compute environments.
    • Track record of driving automation, orchestration, and infrastructure‑as‑code initiatives to improve agility and efficiency.
    • Expertise in disaster recovery, business continuity planning, and building fault‑tolerant systems.
    • Understanding of security best practices and ability to embed security into infrastructure design and operations.
    • Sound executive judgment with a track record of driving outcomes, navigating complexity, and making informed decisions, including in matrixed environments where authority or scope may be shared.
    • Proven ability to partner effectively with senior leaders across cybersecurity, internal audit, legal and privacy, enterprise risk management, technology, product, and business functions.
    • Experience leading and developing teams or functions in global, matrixed environments, with a focus on accountability, execution discipline, and talent development.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex governance, risk, and compliance topics to executive leadership and governance forums.
    • Advanced degree such as Master's in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA and/or relevant professional certifications preferred (e.g., Cloud Certification, Network Professional, VMware Certified Advanced Professional, Project Management Certification like PMP).
