    Job Description

    The Scientific Team at Russell Tobin & Associates is looking to hire a Quality Engineer for a prominent medical device client in Eden Prairie, MN.

    Responsibilities:

    • Support and drive product quality enhancement through continuous improvement methods and tools
    • Ensure product design integrity is maintained amidst changes in materials, processes, and specifications
    • Support design changes related to quality improvement, source changes, or cost reduction efforts
    • Troubleshoot and analyze non-conforming product testing and disposition

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or a Science discipline
    • 3+ years of experience in Manufacturing, Production, Quality, or Lab roles
    • Experience in Medical Device and/or quality management is advantageous
    • Familiarity with root cause analysis tools and continuous improvement methodologies
    • Knowledge of applied statistical applications is a bonus

    Additional Details:

    • Position Type: 4+ month contract with potential for extension
    • Pay Rate Range: $ /hr

    Must be authorized to work in the United States.
