    The FCC Professional Services group is a dynamic team that delivers solutions to our Financial Crime Compliance clients. The team is geographically dispersed yet is a close-knit collaborative team supporting one another to ensure organizational success. The team strives for strong results and customer satisfaction within our FCC products.

    About the Role

    This role will lead a team of Professional Services Consultants across the United States.

    This role is an advocate for Professional Service focused on developing scalable service offerings for LexisNexis RiskNarrative that allows us to scale delivery to meet the increasing market demand.

    This role will assist with the sales process by defining solutions leveraging LNRS FCC products to meet client's business needs.

    The Professional Services Manager will identify, develop, and implement consulting best practices. This role will be responsible for the overall delivery of professional services to LNRS clients. This role will collaborate with LNRS Market Planning to create and enhance products and services for LNRS clients.
    This position is open to remote candidates in the US.

    Responsibilities
    Leading client discovery discussions and identifies solutions leveraging LexisNexis products and services. Assists clients during their planning phase to derive development of requirements, scope, and execution plan. Working with clients to document the scope of an engagement in a formal Statement of Work.
    Preparing and delivering professional client presentations to audiences at all levels. Assuredly presents to clients and internal stakeholders conveying industry and product expertise.
    Maintaining detailed understanding of all aspects of products and services in FCC professional services portfolio, evolves portfolio as necessary. Possessing in-depth knowledge and understanding of profit and loss analysis in related industries. Makes strategic business decisions based on this data.
    Building strategic relationships with key client stakeholders and decision makers. Develops LexisNexis 'advocates' at client sites who promote LNRS solutions and subject matter expertise.

    Contributing to innovative ideas and collaborates with market planning to develop and/or enhance products, service offerings and related operational deliverables.

    Leading or contributing to all phases of the client project life cycle. Providing leadership and oversight to ensure timely project delivery and client service excellence.
    Facilitating timely decisions to maintain project schedule and budget. Identifies project risks early and assists by providing prudent and timely recommendations for risk avoidance.
    Communicating effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions. Continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships. Setting and managing client expectations. Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.

    Requirements

    Have 5+ years of industry experience in Financial Crime Compliance, Risk Management, (AML, OFAC, KYC, CDD, EDD, AML Data Governance/Management ideal).

    Have demonstrated experience of up-to-date and in-depth product knowledge both internal and market.
    Have 5+ years of client-facing or internal/external consulting experience ideal. Have the ability to identify and remediate risk associated with client engagements and their execution.
    Have a Bachelor's level education in business, engineering, computer science or equivalent.
    Have the ability to travel 25% of the time, if needed.
    Have exceptional consultative skills with the ability to collaborate and to explore options. Can demonstrate and effectively use active listening skills to understand client needs.

    Have expert-level ability to use data quality concepts and tools to resolve client issues, while valuing needs as high priority.

    Have exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to understand and think analytically about complex business problems.

    Focus on enterprise-wide strategic projects.

    Have expert-level affinity to try new methods and new approaches to problem solving while demonstrating a curiosity and inquisitive nature.

    Have advanced organizational and project management skills. Knowledge and understanding of full lifecycle project management. Prior business analyst experience is required.

    Have the ability to effectively set direction, align constituencies, and motivate others, while demonstrating vision and ability to influence others.

    Have exceptional oral and written communication skills. Must be able to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

    Expert-level ability to deliver client presentations and performance analysis via the telephone and in-person to high-level clients and senior management.

    Ability to create custom market-facing presentations for specific clients or templates to use by other team members.
    Have exceptional relationship building skills. Have the ability to collaborate effectively with market planning, sales, product development, product management, operations and related groups. Have the ability to work in a team environment, by soliciting input and feedback. Deals effectively with conflict.

    Have exceptional time management skills and strict adherence to timelines, with ability to operate within a structured approach and deliver results.

    Possesses the ability to prioritize and handle multiple requests concurrently. Self-motivated.
