    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Rural Carrier to join our team. As an Assistant Rural Carrier, you will be responsible for delivering and collecting packages along designated suburban and rural routes.



    The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.



    Requirements


    • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
    • The ability to lift up to 70 pounds
    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Familiarity with route management software or willingness to learn


    Job Description:


    Your primary responsibility as an Assistant Rural Carrier is to deliver packages safely and efficiently to customers across your assigned route. This involves operating postal vehicles on public roads, navigating through inclement weather conditions (such as snowstorms),  ensuring package security by locking mail bags,  verifying addresses before making deliveries.  You must also follow all applicable safety regulations while on duty including standard precautions when working around mechanical equipment such as trucks which involve hazardous materials handling due diligence etc.... Some tasks may require additional steps depending upon location circumstances look here *. Lastly ensure that each stop does not exceed 10 minutes past scheduled time otherwise violated routing rules cause trouble subsequently affect workload distribution carefully consider those interaction factors! Then return home after day complete delivery prior night’s data upload input report Claims related results regional result assessment Team analysis tracking ”] ,
