Description
MedAdventures is looking to bring on a Speech Language Pathologist for a wonderful school district partner in the Lansdale, PA area. Part Time flexible hours available until the end of the School Year in Mid June.
We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in acute care and patient care, with knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology. This position offers the opportunity to work in a School setting working with students.
Responsibilities:
Conduct patient assessments to determine speech and language disorders
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Provide therapy to improve communication and swallowing disorders
Collaborate with healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care
Maintain detailed records of patient progress and treatment outcomes
Experience:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
State licensure or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist
Experience in a school setting is preferred, but not required
Proficiency in learning plans and IEP
Compensation and Schedule:
Target rate is $50/HR but open to negotiation
Will be working with students until the end of the school year (Mid June)
