    Summary/Job Purpose: Underwrite profitable property business nationwide in line with corporate goals.

    Essential Functions:

    • Underwrite complex property risks within delegated authority.
    • Review applications, financial documents, and risk factors to assess acceptability, applying appropriate pricing techniques.
    • Monitor underwriting results, premiums, and loss trends.
    • Provide quality service to brokers and clients, develop relationships, and source new business.
    • Document accounts per regulatory and internal guidelines.
    • Conduct producer and client visits to maintain and grow business.
    • Enhance technical expertise in Industrial and Global property underwriting and assist in staff training.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree required.
    • 7+ years of multi-line underwriting experience.
    • Existing producer relationships and negotiation skills preferred.
    • Excellent communication skills.
