PRIMARY FUNCTION :
The Regional Recruiter is responsible for the field salaried openings from sourcing qualified candidates through the ready-for-hire process.
This role will focus on high touch candidate relationship management as well as customer focus and responsiveness for assigned locations.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS :
Manage the recruiting cycle inclusive of sourcing, screening, interviewing and evaluation process for all assigned open positions; using independent judgement, select the best qualified applicant(s) who will thrive within the Company's culture and present to hiring manager
Act as a consultant and advisor for hiring managers, set expectations for the recruitment process and communicate roadblocks or issues in a timely, professional and responsive manner
Develop, implement, and drive strategies to recruit qualified talent in a highly competitive market
Track, compile and communicate recruiting metrics, utilizing results for strategic analysis of recruiting campaigns and to ensure the recruiting activities align with the Company's strategic objectives
Ensure an impressive candidate experience through thorough communication & timely feedback, as well as interviewer preparedness and effective interview format
Manage applicant tracking within Workday ATS system; review all applicant records and disposition candidates in a timely manner
Identify opportunities for improvement, develop improvement, present to appropriate personnel, and lead or participate in the implementation of improvement
Wear personal protective equipment in all areas where required
Perform additional relevant duties as assigned

This is an individual contributor role with required competencies:

EDUCATION and
CERTIFICATIONS :
High School diploma or equivalent; degree preferred
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS :
Minimum two (2) years' recruitment experience including client facing experience including collaboration with Managers throughout the recruitment process; food manufacturing or industrial recruiting experience preferred
Minimum five (2) years working in ATS system with desired minimum one (1) year working within the Workday recruiting module
Minimum two (2) years' experience developing and executing methodologies to include market mapping, recruitment strategies and Boolean searches
Proven success delivering recruiting results individually or as part of a team in a fast-paced, demanding, high growth environment
Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, ATS software and Search engines; experience with Workday Recruiting preferred
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to fluently communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, external candidates, and agencies in a timely and professional manner
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects while maintaining meticulous attention to detail
Ability to work within a team environment as well as self-motivated to work independently and efficiently
Must possess a strong customer-centric attitude, high energy level and a strong sense of urgency
SAFETY REQUIREMENTS :
Follow departmental and company safety policies and programs
Wear required protective equipment in all areas where mandatory
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS :
Ability to work Non-standard shifts (Holiday, Weekend, extended) as needed per business need
Ability to remain stationary for extended periods
Ability to fluently communicate via telephone or video calls with prospective candidates
