Seeking a dedicated Family Medicine Physician to join an esteemed healthcare system in Central New York. This exciting opportunity is located in Herkimer, a scenic town situated at the heart of the Mohawk Valley.

The region offers easy access to recreational and cultural attractions, including the 6 million acre Adirondack Park, which can be reached within a 30-minute drive.

• A traditional outpatient practice with flexible Monday-Friday hours from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., allowing for work-life balance

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care as part of an established group consisting of three physicians and six advanced practice clinicians
• Participate in geriatric care initiatives at local nursing facilities

A first-call system is implemented ensuring seamless communication between practitioners.

We are seeking individuals with exceptional leadership skills who excel in dynamic environments

Requirements:

• M.D or D.O certification: Must hold current license to practice medicine’
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) or PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)a medical specialty certificate, NYS Licensure
