- Assess clients' functioning levels and develop care plans
- Record and communicate client's progress to the healthcare team
- Provide guidance to clients and their families on speech pathology
- Suggest hearing tests when needed
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum of one year of speech pathology experience
- Preferably, experience in home health
- Must be licensed as a speech therapist in PA
- Reliable transportation and auto liability insurance are a must
