    Job Description:

    Seeking a skilled and experienced Family Medicine Physician to serve as the Associate Program Director of our Family Medicine Residency program.

    The ideal candidate will maintain a strong focus and commitment to providing outstanding and compassionate care to all patients, while also educating and preparing community-based physicians to care for rural populations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Foster an environment where residents can develop the capacity to thrive in their professional and personal lives.
    • Educate residents to assess, respond to, and meet the needs of the community they serve.
    • Guide, support, and mentor residents to partner with diverse, underserved persons and populations.
    • Prepare, train, and guide residents to deliver the full spectrum of Family Medicine in a changing environment.

    Requirements:

    • Experience in inpatient and outpatient settings.
    • Core faculty experience.
    • Recent obstetrics experience.
    • Joint injections and dermatology procedures skills.
