    Breast Imager (up to 100%) Olympia, WA, $100k Signing Bonus

    ABOUT THE POSITION

    Radia is hiring a board certified/board eligible radiologist with fellowship training and/or fellowship equivalent experience in breast imaging for a Breast Imager as part of our Olympia based practice. This Shareholder Track or Employed position offers a schedule of up to 100 % breast imaging shifts working with a team of dedicated professionals in a full service certified ACR Center of Excellence. Preferably the candidate will be experienced in all modalities of breast imaging and interventions, including tomosynthesis and MRI. Scheduling flexibility offered via part-time or full-time options as well as optional general weekend coverage.

    Options for partner-track or employed position depending on schedule preference.

    • First year full-time Shareholder Track projected compensation is $491,000 to $527,000 based on standard schedule.
    • Shareholder compensation is projected at $398,000 to $517,000 based on standard schedule.

    Generous Bonuses:

    • $100K Signing Bonus
    • Moving allowance

    Great Benefits Package:

    • 401k and profit-sharing contributions. Max employee and Radia contributions: $69,000.
    • Full benefits package including health, life, vision, dental, disability, and in addition to W2 compensation valued at $27,000. Benefits eligibility based on hours worked.
    • $6k CME Stipend
    • Medical malpractice, licensing fees, and hospital dues covered by Radia
