Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees.What You'll Be DoingDevelop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules for plant equipment.Coordinate maintenance activities to minimize downtime and optimize resources.Ensure accurate documentation of work orders, parts inventory, and maintenance records.Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to prioritize tasks and resolve issues.Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance equipment reliability.What Are We Looking ForStrong organizational and planning skills with attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing operational needs.Proficiency in SAP, Excel, maintenance management systems and data analysis.Effective communication and collaboration skills across teams.Commitment to safety and continuous improvement practices.Work EnvironmentThis role operates in an industrial setting with exposure to varying temperatures, dust, and noise.
