- Install, calibrate, and maintain control systems in accordance with engineering specifications.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to design and implement control solutions.
- Troubleshoot and repair control system issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems and proactively address them.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize control system performance.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements to recommend and implement improvements.

- A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
- Bachelor's or Associate degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls Automation, or a related field.
- Experience using Rockwell Automation Studio 5000 platform and Factory Talk preferred.
- Strong knowledge of PLC programming, AC and DC VSD drives, HMI design, and industrial automation.
- Familiarity with electrical systems, instrumentation, and process control.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
POSITION TYPE: Regular, Full-Time
POSITION LOCATION: 825 E. Wisconsin Ave, Appleton, WI
WORK SCHEDULE: This position is onsite and typically works between the hours of 7:00 AM and 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday. The schedule may fluctuate, and work may be performed at any time on any day of the week to meet business needs.
TRAVEL: 15%-30%
