    This position

    • Report to the Head of HR and provide leadership in the development and execution of HR strategies that support the Firms needs and achievement of strategic priorities.
    • Influence analysis and decision-making in the areas of leadership, talent management and development, and employee relations.
    • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and across business units to diagnose, develop, and deliver solutions to support the organization and its employees.
    • Will provide coaching and counseling to employees and managers across the Firm. Employee Relations is key. This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Responsible for supporting and aligning business objectives with employees and management, serving as a strategic partner to key stakeholders on HR-related topics.
    • Provide support and guidance to managers in managing performance-related issues.
    • Support leadership in ensuring continued growth and development of their top-performing/high-potential employees
    • Conduct exit interviews, analyze data, and provide quarterly executive summaries on feedback to leadership.
    • Address and resolve employee relations issues and conduct internal investigations as necessary. Coach managers on any appropriate disciplinary process or actions.
    • Advise on talent development, employee and team growth, and succession plans across the business. Help leaders turn plans into actionable activities that drive the business.
    • Serve as a trusted advisor to employees, providing guidance and support on HR policies, procedures, and programs.
    • Review and analyze data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience.
    • Monitor performance management and review programs.
    • Create and deliver training to employees on policy updates, management soft skills, performance management, and leadership development.

    Requirements

    • Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development or an equivalent combination of related experience and formal education
    • Minimum 5 years experience as an HR Generalist/Business Partner
    • 8+ years in an HR partnership role with working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines, including solid employee relations, performance management, organizational effectiveness, total reward, recruitment, and compliance.
    • Applied knowledge of federal, state, and local laws and statutes for employment
    • Thorough understanding and hands-on application of internal and external Human Resources policies, compensation programs, benefits plans, and HRIS systems.

    • Minimum of 5-10% of travel required, if applicable.

    This role is a 6-month plus contractor role that is hybrid with 2-3 days in the Wilmington, DE office.
