- Leads the development and execution of clients' affiliate programs. This includes day-to-day management of affiliate programs, recruiting affiliates, negotiating rates, and developing relationships
- Helps to determine client goals and work to achieve weekly and monthly KPIs
- Cultivates and maintains ongoing relationships with key affiliates and publishers
- Identifies and secures promotional and advertising opportunities through strategic partnerships
- Provides weekly and monthly reporting, highlighting and identifying areas for growth
- Manages annual affiliate budgets and commission structure/payouts
- Participates in status calls and owns the relationship with clients
- Helps shape long-term service offering, define processes and gain efficiencies across our client portfolio

- Bachelor's Degree
- 2+ years of work experience (1+ years of experience in Affiliate Marketing)
- Proficient working in affiliate networks such as Avantlink, CJ, Rakuten, Pepperjam, ShareASale and/or Impact
- Demonstrated ability to help onboard new clients to a network and grow their program from day one
- Comprehensive understanding of all types of affiliates and know how to work best with each of them
- Works successfully in a team environment that promotes collaboration in addition to confidently working independently and leveraging resources at hand
- Establishes and maintains effective relationships interdepartmentally, as well as with those outside the team and agency
- Communicates effectively at all levels
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Ability to work with strict deadlines, juggling multiple priorities, staying organized, and working effectively with multiple clients
- Computer skills for editing and writing; proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel
- Certification or comprehensive experience working with Google Analytics
- Experienced in Google Data Studio/Looker
- Demonstrated project management experience utilizing workflow software (e.g., Asana, Basecamp)
- Detail-oriented critical thinker with exceptional problem-solving abilities
- An entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done

Passion. It drives us and it unites rygr's brand partners and the consumers who love them. Today we seek an experienced affiliate marketing professional to join our growing team partnering with best-in-class e-commerce brands.
As the Affiliate Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing the partnership and strategy with publishers, influencers and traditional affiliate sites to drive placements, revenue, and exposure for rygr clients. This position will collaborate with Media, PR and Social teams to develop, align, and execute plans to increase awareness and achieve the client's traffic and revenue goals.
The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of the affiliate marketing landscape and is interested in learning our full-funnel approach to the channel.
Responsibilities:

Compensation:$55,000 - $65,000/yr. DOE. rygr's compensation package includes paid vacation and sick leave, paid volunteer time, a wellness stipend, matching 401(k), group healthcare and stipend, professional development support, and a flex time policy.
Location:This is a remote-eligible position, which may be filled in our Carbondale or Denver office, or full-time remote.At this time, we are not accepting applications from individuals residing in California, New York or Washington.
