    LaSalle Network is currently hiring for a remote Escalations Associate with one of our clients, a leading healthcare solutions company. This organization is looking to expand its team as they are seeing rapid growth

    Escalations Associate Responsibilities:

    • Manage high priority provider offices and hospitals for medical record retrieval requests
    • Efficiently schedule chart retrieval as well as de-escalate complaints
    • Manage special tasks in a project based, call center environment
    • Research request updates and answer provider inquiries
    • Maintain a high volume of productivity and adhere to quality assurance measures
    Escalations Associate Requirements:
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • 1-2 years of experience in a contact center setting
    • 1-2 years of experience in escalations
    • Ability to communicate efficiently
    • Basic proficiency with Windows applications
    • Detail oriented
