    We are seeking individuals to fill rural carrier associate positions nationwide. As a rural carrier associate, you will be responsible for delivering mail and packages to residents along your assigned route. You will also collect outgoing mail from customers' homes or businesses.


    To succeed in this role, applicants should possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. They should also have basic math skills to handle cash transactions accurately during their rounds.

    Main Responsibilities:


        Email Customer Service– Rural Carriers must meet deadlines ensuring timely delivery/receipt of letters sent electronically thru USPS enabled networks such emails/faxes/etc.; Our staff efficiently answers customer inquiries regarding delayed/non-delivered items, enabling effective complaint resolution processes which safeguard reputation across branch locations .
