    Create a safety culture and apply and implement workplace policiesLead/ coach skilled trades/maintenance personnel in all aspects of asset management including but not limited to:

    asset availability (mean time to repair, mean time between failure), cycle time, preventative maintenance, predictive and condition-based monitoring technologies.

    Lead/coach teams in leveraging new and existing machine monitoring tools to identify constraints in the system and systematically reduce and eliminate interruptions in production flow.

    Build strong interpersonal relationships with hourly team members, union, and management teams.

    Communicate effectively with hourly team members, leaders, business partners and customersAdminister the CBA (collective bargaining agreement) consistently and effectivelyEvaluate team member performance and encourage continuous improvementAdditional Qualifications/ResponsibilitiesYou'll have...

    High School Diploma or GED1+ years of supervisory and / or manufacturing experienceWorking knowledge in Microsoft:
