    Senior Data Scientist / Analyst

    Base pay range

    $175,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr

    You will:

    • Drive key business and product initiatives through actionable insights and predictive modeling
    • Develop and deploy statistical and machine learning models to solve business problems
    • Communicate complex findings through clear storytelling for both technical and non technical audiences
    • Design and optimize data structures (events, tables, pipelines) that are efficient, logical, and forward thinking in collaboration with data engineering
    • Contribute to sustainable, scalable processes and best practices for data usage across the company
    • Coach data scientists / analysts

    What you bring:

    • Bachelor or higher degree in STEM (science, technology, engineering, mathematics / statistics), or similar fields
    • 5+ years of experience in data science, data analytics, or a related quantitative role
    • Proficiency in SQL for data analysis, cleaning, and enrichment
    • Proficient in other languages/tools (i.e. R, Python, Excel, etc.)
    • Strong grasp of statistical concepts and experimental design (A/B testing, regression, hypothesis testing)
    • Expertise in Python or R for statistical analysis and modeling techniques, (i.e. feature engineering, classification, clustering, model evaluation, etc)
    • Proven track record of utilizing analyses and modeling solutions to drive business/product initiatives
    • Excellent communication skills for both technical and non technical collaboration
    • A strong foundation in prioritization and problem solving
