    Job Title: Full-Time Patient Care Technician (PCT)

    We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Full-Time Patient Care Technician (PCT) in an outpatient dialysis center.

    This is an exceptional opportunity for those with a desire to enter the healthcare field and make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients suffering from end-stage renal disease.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide direct, one-on-one patient care, ensuring safe, comfortable, and hygienic dialysis treatment.
    • Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment, including measuring and recording vital signs, patient observations, and dialysis machine setup.
    • Build long-term relationships with patients, who typically receive treatment 2-3 times per week.

    Requirements:

    • No prior dialysis experience required; comprehensive training provided.
    • Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
    • Physical and mental stamina to work long hours (some shifts may be 10-12 hours) on your feet.
    • Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook.
    • Full vaccinations against COVID-19 or medical/religious exemption.
