    We have partnered with an award winning oil and gas company that is looking for a Cyber Security Engineer to grow their team to support their customers projects.     Position: Senior Cyber Security Engineer

    Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma (Hybrid Role)

    Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement cybersecurity strategies to protect against evolving threats and vulnerabilities.
    • Conduct security assessments, penetration tests, and vulnerability scans to identify and remediate risks.
    • Design and implement robust security controls and protocols to ensure the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of information systems.
    • Monitor security events and incidents, investigate breaches, and provide timely response and resolution.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security best practices into development, deployment, and maintenance processes.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements to continually enhance cybersecurity posture.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field is a plus
    • 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity roles, with a focus on threat detection, incident response, and security architecture.
    • Proficiency in security technologies such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewalls, endpoint protection, and encryption.
    • Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO/IEC and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS).
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH are preferred.
