    Estimator Responsibilities:

    • Lead a team of estimators on commercial construction projects
    • Analyze project plans and specifications to determine labor and material costs
    • Prepare accurate estimates and proposals for clients
    • Collaborate with project managers and subcontractors to ensure project success
    • Stay uptodate on industry trends and best practices in estimating

    Sr Estimator Job Functions:

    • 10 years experience working on commercial construction projects
    • Ability to lead and mentor a team
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
    • Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office suiteBenefits:
