Job-Registered Respiratory Therapist

Location-Philadelphia PA 19104

Duration-13 weeks

Shift-7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, 3*12, NIGHTS every other weekend, Fri, Sat, Sun alternating weekends.

JD: Summary:

Delivers age specific respiratory care to patients in the PMPH System.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for ensuring quality care to our customers. Must adhere to all regulatory standards, i.e. JCAHO, Department of Health, and CAP. Assumes all patient/customer respiratory responsibilities. Understands and follows the organization's policies, procedures, and standards. Responsible for performing all age specific respiratory therapies.
Knowledge of Performance Indicators and ensure exceeding results. Participates in the department's performance improvement activities.
