    Description

    Automated Health Systems, a dynamic and entrepreneurial healthcare company, is looking to hire a Human Resources professional to join its team outside of Boston in the Baltimore, MD area office.

    As an HR Coordinator/Recruiter, you will be responsible for supporting HR and talent acquisition operations for the MD location.

    Responsibilities
    • Facilitate full-cycle of recruitment efforts
    • Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding process
    • Participate in employee engagement activities
    • Respond to employee inquiries
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and employment laws and regulations


    Requirements

    Qualifications for the position include:
    • Minimum 1 to 3 years of Human Resources or related administrative experience required.
    • Previous recruitment experience preferred.
    • Must possess excellent interpersonal communication, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task and maintain confidential information.
    • Advanced PC skills (i.e., experience with internet, database search technologies, and applicant tracking systems) required.
    • Experience with ADP Workforce Now strongly preferred.
    • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field required.
