- Commissioning and qualifying automated assembly and injection molding for respiratory and hearing protection products
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to scale up and qualify new equipment using latest technologies
- Implementing capital improvement projects for growing portfolios with emphasis on vision & robotic technologies which provide high quality products every time
- Leading Lean Six Sigma (LSS) projects and driving continuous improvement in a Lean Manufacturing environment
- Leading programs to improve product and process understanding (PPU) with emphasis on statistical techniques which includes new product launches
- Currently possess or in last year of obtaining a Bachelor's degree or higher in an engineering discipline from an accredited Institution
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Injection Molding Engineering from an accredited Institution
- Experience in Injection Molding or Automated Assembly
- Demonstrated experience participating on cross functional teams
- Flexible to provide support for round-the-clock manufacturing operations as needed
- Engineering co-op or intern experience
- Self-starter/self-directed that leads with high energy and passion
