    • Implementation and testing of system and application software.
    • Resolution of environmental and infrastructure problems impacting users.
    • Support of the DevOps pipeline enabling teams to accurately and securely promote changes.
    • Support of IT Controls Audit compliance including the automation of Checkmarks for security scanning.
    • Support of development teams who are "stuck" due to technical impediments.
    • Resolution of Oracle Database related issues.
