- Support delivery of formal and continuation training for personnel assigned to support the 55th Wing.
- Create course content, materials, and curriculum, specifically focused on the overall ISR mission.
- Deliver pre-mission briefings for aircrew
- Mentor junior aircrew and provide specific feedback one-on-one in the learning environment , when needed
- Provide support to analysts, linguists, and ISR professionals using training platforms
- Recommend course updates and make enhancements as approved
- Bachelor's degree and 10 years of relevant experience or Master's and 8 years of relevant experience *Additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
- Experience with building aircrew training and delivery .
- Must currently be supporting the ACC/A2 contract.
- TS/SCI security clearance
- Knowledge of the 55th Wing and associated mission requirements.
- Initial and Master Qualification programs and Continuation Training, to include Courseware Development (CWD), Instructional Systems Design (ISD), Status of Training (SOT) reporting, or documentation of Job Qualifications Standards (JQS) or student progress reports

Candidates must already possess a TS/SCI security clearance
