- Build models or dashboards for ad-hoc requests including, but not limited to, branch performance analysis, product mix analysis, and other initiatives to evaluate business performance
- Collaborate with business units in continuous improvement projects to streamline reporting and provide more transparent results
- Participate in the quarterly forecasting process with business leadership to evaluate current business performance and identify future opportunities
- Investigate how pricing initiatives, product sales penetration, and other product selling trends impact the price/volume/mix ("PVM") compared to forecast and budget expectations
- Assist with quantifying financial impact from business unit M&A and integrating solutions into financial models to analyze results
- Support month end close processes including, but not limited to, preparing templates, populating dashboards, and providing variance analysis commentary to business partners
- Junior or Senior working towards Bachelor's Degree (B.S.) in Finance or Accounting
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with Microsoft Access or Power BI a plus
- Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem solving and chameleon communication to adapt message to various business partners
