Job summary
The J.D. McCarty Center is looking for Behavior Technicians/Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to join our Outpatient team in Norman.Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide direct client care in 1:1 and group settings utilizing a combination of teaching and natural environment play
- Follow the client's individualized treatment plan and behavior reduction protocols as determined by the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
