- Assist advisor teams with escalation items and navigational support for advisory and brokerage needs in the Fidelity NFS and IWS systems – all aspects of account administration, custodial operation support and platform support.
- Assist advisor teams with escalation items and navigational support internally with all NewEdge Advisors departments.
- Handle the review and approval of asset movement items within Fidelity ICP.
- Group project participation.
- Fielding Live Operator and Service Experience queue phone calls
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Minimum of 3-5 years of industry experience working in either a back office setting or working directly in an advisor's office.
- Proficiency with securities industry case management processes and procedures
- Familiarity with Broker Dealer and RIA departmental functions
- Experience with Fidelity NFS and Fidelity IWS
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe, and DocuSign
- Excellent client service skills

What We Offer:
