    MAIN FUNCTION:

    Manage all functions and responsibilities of Pro Marketing initiatives. Activities related to web platforms (company website ), Partner Portal, Email Service Provider, CRM System, Sharepoint) for the OEM/Commercial team. Oversee and lead the Advertising strategy on a quarterly basis with the team. Work closely with team members on executables for news and marketing communications including email marketing initiatives and viral marketing activities, product/content and solutions collateral development, analytical web data, SEO (search) implementation, overall branding, and lead generation, to support our customers/partners. The ideal candidate has experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns, including driving materials into our Channels (Authorized Partners/Resellers, DMR and Distribution accounts, as well as End Users).

    QUALIFICATIONS:
    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
    • 7+ years' Marketing experience
    • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
    • Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy
    • Strong analytical skills
    • Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
    • Established contacts in media a plus

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Execution of the marketing positioning and brand strategy (new and existing product lines) and positioning within Channel/Partners/Resellers and End Users
    • Work closely with the product management team to define the marketing materials, programs, and scope needed to support the product lines across audiences
    • Help in developing creative briefs and guide direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications (print/web) with Graphic Design team
    • Develop advertising campaigns and promotions, executing with external Ad firms
    • Coordinate marketing projects from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration
    • Work closely with Director, Marketing & Creative on plans and budgeting quarterly, outlining the needs to support our Channel business
    • Drive efforts to help increase SEO visibility and evolve lead-nurturing tactics
    • Work closely with the Sales Team to help support them; meeting their commercial objectives by providing them with the appropriate materials, tools, presentations, etc.
    • Support the ongoing maintenance of our CRM System to support the Sales Team
