- Bachelor's or Preferred Master's degree in Divinity, Theology, Social Work, or a related field.
- Certification received from at least one unit of Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) or Board-Certified Chaplain (BCC).
- Preferred Certification by the Louisiana Chaplain's Association plus three years of experience in ministry or chaplaincy.
- Strong interpersonal communication, empathy, crisis intervention, and ability to serve diverse faith traditions.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
