- Associate degree desirable.
- Five or more years administrative or equivalent experience.
- Candidates must be proficient in all Microsoft Office products.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist in daily rental operations in accordance with established operating methods, policies, procedures and state / federal regulations.

Work directly with the sales team and customers to locate rental equipment, determine correct specifications, and communicate availability and rates.
Administer rental invoicing processes and reports.
·
Assist customers with invoicing issues, issuing credits and adjustments when required.
·
Develop positive, long-term customer service relations.
·
Coordinate shipment of rental, used, and stock equipment.
·
Maintain records on all rental equipment, monitoring location and condition of all equipment at all branches.
·
Maintain filing system
·
Assist rental manager on various projects as assigned.
·
Assist in fielding incoming calls.
·
Various additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
·
Work with all departments to ensure quality of customer service.
