    Sr. Operations Analyst at WellSky

    Job Summary:

    This role works to collaborate with leaders on executing key operational procedures, systems, and principles in the areas of information flow and management, business processes, and enhanced management reporting.

    • Evaluate existing operational processes to identify areas for improvement, increased efficiency, and cost reduction
    • Lead or contribute to projects aimed at improving operational processes and achieving organization goals
    • Organize and maintain internal resources: Shared content, SharePoint sites, teams, relevant business and/or market information.
    • Analyzes, implements, and monitors data and/or reporting to optimize and scale the evolving business strategy
    • Support revenue generation by providing administrative and data support to sales
    • Collaborates with business leaders, strategic planning, Marketing, Finance, and other stakeholders across the company to review existing and future business objectives and goals
    • Helps to organize financial modeling of strategic opportunities for the business unit

    Key Responsibilities:

    Main Objectives:

    • To lead and manage multiple cross-functional projects related to process improvements and business operations.
    • To analyze and evaluate existing operational processes and develop recommendations for improvement.
    • To maintain accurate records of all project activities and ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, MIS, or related field
    • 2-5 years related experience required
    • Proficient with Excel
    • Strong critical thinking skills and ability to work through complex business needs

    Additional Job Expectations:

    • Willingness to work additional or irregular hours as needed
    • Working in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures
    • Performing other responsibilities as assigned
